Top 7 Laws to Help Create Wealth in Your Life

1. The Law of Perpetual Transmutation:

The best definition of Natural Law seems to be that, “it is the uniform and orderly method of the omnipotent God. Unlike any other form of animal life that has been created, we were given the power of choice or free will; along with this power came certain responsibilities. The capacity to choose does not involve freedom from the consequence of our choice. The laws or rules which govern every individual, and which we cover to some degree in this book, are as exact as the laws which govern the material universe. You can act in accordance with these laws or you can disregard them, but you cannot in any way alter them. The law forever operates and holds you to strict accountability, and there is not the slightest allowance made for ignorance. The law of attraction will deliver to you what you do not want as quickly and as certainly as it will deliver what you do want.

2. The Law of Relativity:

In the study of this law, we find that all things are relative. All laws are related to each other and correspond with each other. The laws of the little are the laws of the great. There is no big nor small, fast nor slow, except by comparison. Every law that is a law must be relative to all other laws. In other words, they must be in harmony, agreement and correspond with each other. An understanding of this law will give one the means of solving many of the secrets of nature that seem to be para- doxical. The much discussed fourth dimension is nothing more nor less than the dimension of vibration. Again, all rates of vibration are either high or low, only by comparison with those above or below them.
Whenever the law is properly used, you win. Let’s remember that everyone does something better than you and, likewise, you do something better than every person you meet. When you relate something you do that you are not proficient at, to something another person does that they have mastered, you will not look good. You are using the law against yourself. Begin using this law to heighten your self esteem. You will then become aware of how special you are in the light of truth.
3. The Law of Vibration and Attraction:

Everything in the universe vibrates…nothing rests. We really do live in an ocean of motion. This truly contains the great secret of life. You are always moving toward something and it is always moving toward you… it’s action and attraction. This is where your intuitive factor is used (or should be). You can use it to pick up other people’s vibrations. When you consciously become aware of vibrations, you call them feelings. When you feel bad, you can change your feelings by thinking good thoughts. When you pick up abad feeling from another person…you know they must be thinking disturbing thoughts. You must not let their negative vibrations affect your way of thinking.
Your thoughts are vibrations that you send off into the universe. When you concentrate, the vibrations are stronger. Your thoughts are cosmic waves of energy that penetrate all time and space (vibrations). Thought is the most potent vibration and remember that you can think…that makes you a very special creation (God’s greatest masterpiece). You should always be delighted with yourself. (All creation begins in thought.) Your thought controls the vibration your physical body is in. Disease is a body that is not at ease. Health is a body at ease.

4. The Law of Polarity:

Everything in the universe has its opposite. There would be no inside to a room without an outside. If you referred to this side of the sheet of paper that these words are written on as the top, then the other side would be the bottom. You have a right and left side to your body, a front and back. Every up has a down and every down has an up. The law of polarity not only states that everything has an opposite…it is equal and opposite. If it was 3 feet from the floor up on to the table, it would be 3 feet from the table down to the floor. If it is 150 miles from Manchester to London, by law it must be 150 miles from London to Manchester; It could not be any other way.
If something you considered bad happens in your life, there has to be something good about it. If it was only a little bad, when you mentally work your way around to the other side, you will find it will only be a little good.

5. The Law of Rhythm:

The law of rhythm embodies the truth that everything is moving to and fro, flowing in and out, swinging backward and forward. There is a high and a low tide. Everything is flowing, both in and out, in accordance with the law. There is always a reaction to every action. Something must advance when anything retreats; Something must rise when anything sinks. This law governs the movement of the planets in their orbits and also manifests in the mineral and vegetable kingdoms. Men and women can observe this law in their mental, physical and emotional states. The law of rhythm is universal. This can be observed in the rising and setting of the sun and moon, ebb and flow of the tides, coming and going of the seasons, and in the rhythmic swing of consciousness and unconsciousness.

You are not going to feel good all the time; No one does. If you did, you wouldn’t even know it. The low feelings are what permit you to enjoy the high feelings.
There will always be highs and lows in life. Reason gives us the ability to choose our thoughts (that is free will). Even when you are on a natural down swing, you can choose good thoughts with your free will and continue to move up toward your goal.

6. The Law of Cause and Effect:

Every cause has its effect; every effect, its cause. There is no such thing as chance. Everything happens according to law. Nothing in the entire universe ever happens, unless it occurs according to law. Nothing ever escapes the law. It is impossible for the human mind to conceive of starting a new chain of causation, for the simple reason that every effect must have a cause; and in turn, that cause must have an effect. Thus, we have the perpetual, never-ending cycle of cause and effect.

Ralph Waldo emerson called the law of cause and effect, the law of laws. You are, of course, very interested in results. Your physical health, your relationships, the respect you earn, your material income. You must concentrate on the cause, and the effect will automatically take care of itself. That is how the law works.

7. The Law of Gender:

The law of gender manifests in all things as masculine and feminine. It is this law that governs what we know as creation. The word creation is often erroneously used, for, in reality, nothing is ever created. All new things merely result from the changing of something that was, into something else that now is. The law of gender manifests in the animal kingdom as sex. It also manifests in the mineral and vegetable kingdoms. Without the dual principle of male and female in all things, there could not be a difference of potential, perpetuation of motion, nor a regeneration. This law is the one which finally closes the cycle and completes the circle of the seven subsidiary laws under one great law.

This is in truth, the creative law. This law decrees everything in nature is both male and female. Both are required for life to exist.
This law also decrees that all seeds (ideas are spiritual seeds) have a gestation or incubation period before they manifest. In other words, when you choose a goal or build the image in your mind, a definite period of time must elapse before that image manifests in physical results.

Law School Musings (Part One) – Thoughts on Law School for Those Who Want to Go to Law School

Introduction

As a prospective law student, it is important that you begin to think about what law school is and what you hope to gain from law school. Understanding these principles can help you decide whether to attend law school, which law school to attend, what “success” in law school should mean to you and how you can use law school to your career and life advantage.

Very early in my law school career – perhaps sometime during the first semester of my first year – I began to formulate a theory that law school is entirely unnecessary to develop the legal skills needed to become an excellent attorney. Years later, after completing law school and practicing as an attorney in a variety of settings over the course of almost a decade, I am only more firmly convinced that the legal education you will acquire in law school will do little to prepare you to practice law.

Indeed, it was not so very long ago that many attorneys earned their legal education by acting as an apprentice for a practicing attorney in lieu of attending a law school. Many famous attorneys started their careers in this manner. In fact, some states – most notably California – still provide a mechanism whereby an attorney who has skipped law school may still practice law. If, after reading the balance of this section, you feel that law school does not offer you anything, you may wish to consider such an option.

So, am I advocating some kind of revolutionary movement to do away with law schools? Far from it! Instead, I think law school serves a number of useful purposes. Those purposes are the subject of this article.

What I do have a problem with is the fact that law schools do very little to provide the practical training young lawyers need to actually get through a day of work at their first job, and that many of them try to pretend to the contrary.

Although there is much to say about what law schools can do to improve, that is not what this article is about. Instead, I’m going to focus on the four significant benefits that I believe law school offers to students, society in general and the legal profession:

  • First, the requirement that new lawyers graduate from law school serves a valuable purpose as a significant barrier to entry to the already saturated legal profession;
  • Second, law school serves to initiate you into the legal community – especially in the region where the law school is located. You will be blessed with three years and multiple opportunities to develop important relationships with your classmates, professors, judges and attorneys;
  • Third, a law degree from a recognized institution can be a valuable credential that will serve you throughout your life, whatever you do;
  • Finally, law school gives you time to think.

Best Tax Law Books For Effective Study

Tax law books comprise only a small portion of the material necessary to educate the individual in tax law. We will discuss what is available for the embryonic tax attorney currently in the form of text books and other periodicals. Remember, like many disciplines, the law is an ongoing study of case and textbook law because it is constantly changing. More so than other disciplines because law changes very quickly because it is thoroughly based on the building blocks of law; the six sisters named Who, What, Where, Why, How and When. Tax law is similarly founded on these fine ladies. Law books either as compendiums of case law or indices of the founding principles will find that they address the following questions; to whom does the law pertain; concerning what item, thing or issue does it address; where is this law in effect; why is this law in existence; how is it enforced and organized; and when is it in effect?

There are a number of very handy internet sites that provide resources for selecting the best tax law books for either sale or borrowing through law school libraries. They are organized to provide local law schools, state tax law, ongoing tax news, textbooks, casebooks, law reviews, law journals, tax law article abstracts, resource pages (web sites that have a multitude of tax law resource links) and tax course law from many US law schools (from Northwestern School of Law to the New York University School of Law). This later offering is essentially the lecture notes, written form or in mpg format, the required reading and the extra reading assignment about varying tax law subjects.

This allows the tax law student to learn on his own initiative and function as a budding lawyer. One essential principle about being a lawyer is that to be really successful you have to read, read, and read. Many law schools insist or encourage the development of study groups because of the immense number of outstanding books on law. These groups operate on the principle that several brains are more powerful than one. Each student is assigned particular subject, law book or reference and gives detailed reports on them to the whole. This is claimed to assist the tax law student keep abreast of the vast flow of both good and bad tax law references. You can read more about tax law books and attorney essentials at http://www.taxattorneyresource.com

This sounds like a very good plan when one realizes that there are 50 states and assorted territories in the United States, the complexities of International Tax Law and the many existing nations of the world, each with a different tax law. This amounts to a very large reading syllabus indeed. Lastly, the United States Tax Court publishes on the internet all of its’ landmark opinions but so does each state legislature. This allows a free source for new tax law books. If you live near a local university, chances are that they also have a law school library where you can conduct free research or for a slight user fee. Otherwise, the local library has in its’ reference library a very substantial collection of tax law books from which you can study. These multisources are mentioned and their use encouraged because of the very high cost of education.

Types of Law

Every citizen ought to know the Law of the Land. There is no excuse for not knowing the law. It will not help a person defend him or herself in a legal crisis. Ignorance can never be explained away.

Even when you have not acted against the law, you might need to know the law in order to protect yourself from people who might violate the law. To know ones rights and privileges is not only beneficial, it is absolutely essential. You will never know when the information you have at your disposal might come in handy. Having it ready before any crisis strikes will help you take immensely wiser and more informed decisions which you will not regret later. Just as there are varied disciplines in the field of medicine, there is a wide range of divisions when it comes to law. For instance, everyone knows that you don’t visit a general physician for a severe heart ailment. You want to consult a heart specialist in this case. Likewise, for every particular type of law, there are specific attorneys who specialize in that particular field. It really helps to search and identify the suitable attorney for your particular case, instead of heading to the nearest or most familiar attorney for every case.

This article briefly lists the types of law:

Admiralty Law

The Admiralty Law is also known as Maritime Law and governs all U.S. All countries have maritime laws and they are responsible for their vessels regardless of which ocean they are sailing in. Admiralty Law Attorneys represent cases of all matters concerning cargo disputes, oil pollution, fishing regulations, international trade, cargo and injury that takes place on docks and vessels. Admiralty Law Attorneys also offer advice on trade laws, legal matters concerning environmental groups and the protection of endangered species. Admiralty Law also covers freight and passenger liabilities.

Aviation Law

Laws have been instituted by state and federal governments to enhance safety in air traffic. Aviation Laws in the United States govern aircraft operations and the maintenance of aircraft facilities.

Bankruptcy Law

When an individual or a company files for relief of debt, it is termed as Bankruptcy. In the United States, there are specific courts that handle bankruptcy rulings and specialty attorneys who handle these cases. A fundamental goal of the federal bankruptcy laws enacted by Congress is to give debtors a financial “fresh start” from burdensome debts.

Civil Rights

A Civil Rights Attorney has the responsibility of defending the rights and privileges granted to all United States citizens. These include freedom from slavery, freedom to vote, freedom of assembly, freedom of the press, freedom of speech and the right to be treated fairly in public places.

Consumer Rights

The Attorney General of a particular state houses the division of Consumer protection and its team of consumer fraud attorneys. Complaints about misleading advertising or business practices that are unlawful can be filed and that division investigates and mediates on behalf of the consumer.

Corporate Law

A corporation is a legal entity created through the laws of its state of incorporation. Individual states have the power to disseminate laws relating to the creation, organization and dissolution of corporations. Many states follow the Model Business Corporation Act.

Criminal Law

A “crime” is any act or omission (of an act) in violation of a public law forbidding or commanding it. Though there are some common law crimes, most crimes in the United States are established by local, state, and federal governments. Criminal laws vary significantly from state to state. There is, however, a Model Penal Code which serves as a good starting place to gain an understanding of the basic structure of criminal liability.

Employment Law Employment law is a broad area encompassing all areas of the employer/employee relationship except the negotiation process covered by labor law and collective bargaining. Employment law consists of thousands of Federal and state statutes, administrative regulations, and judicial decisions.

Immigration Law Federal immigration law determines whether a person is an alien, and associated legal rights, duties, and obligations of aliens in the United States. It also provides means by which certain aliens can become naturalized citizens with full rights of citizenship.

There are still a lot more laws than can be reviewed here.

The Universal Laws and The Universal Law of Bollocks

These days you can hardly go through any articles, books, DVDs, movies, films, documentaries with regard to self-improvement or self-help without coming across at least one mentioning of some ‘Universal Law’. Suddenly, there appears to be a Universal Law for anything. Like we haven’t got enough Laws to deal with already!

Listen, there’s some truth to these ‘Universal Laws’, but in most cases, a little nuance is in place. So I ask you, please read along, as I’ll clear it all up in the remainder of this article.

There are Universal Laws that guide our lives behind the scenes. These are actually rather ‘universal principles of life’. That would be a more appropriate qualification. But these days, people are always looking for ‘Universal Laws’. As a consequence, other people who think they know what they’re talking about come up with new ‘Universal Laws’ all the time, in an attempt to set themselves apart from the already giant mass of people talking about ‘Universal Laws’. So in the self-improvement or self-help world, every now and then a new ‘Universal Law’ makes its entrance, in addition to the most widely and most predominantly mentioned Universal Law, which is the Law of Attraction.

The word ‘Law’ appears to be a magic word… Almost a magic wand that casts a spell on anyone who reads it that puts them in a hypnotized state thinking that what it says must be true. After all, it’s a ‘Law’ isn’t it? A ‘Law’ is always right, no more thinking required.

Today, subjects like the ‘Law of Attraction’ are at an all-time high of popularity. We’ve got the movie ‘The Secret’ and a whole big bunch of people trying to leverage on it by proclaiming themselves as ‘experts in the field of the Law of Attraction’. Yes, there’s that magic word (wand) again.

Despite so many people having seen the movie ‘The Secret’ and knowing about the Law of Attraction, there is only a very, very small number of people who are actually living the life of their dreams, or ‘attracting their desires’, or ‘manifesting their dreams’. Yes those are some other ‘magic words’ from today’s common terminology of the self-improvement and self-help industry.

How come? How come, with all that knowledge, with all those ‘Universal Laws’ already written and told about, and with all those new ‘Universal Laws’, ‘Spiritual Laws of the Universe’, ‘Subsidiary Laws’ and so on coming about each and every day on the Internet and elsewhere… How come that all the people buying those books, DVDs, movies, films, documentaries, and so on, are still not ‘attracting their desires’ or ‘manifesting their dreams’?

I’ll tell you why. Most people have heard something about it, but have no real knowledge about the matter. They are aware of the fact that there are ‘Universal Laws, or rather ‘universal principles of life’ that work behind the scenes and guide the courses of their lives. However, they’ve lost track, because so many people who think they know what they’re talking about (while they don’t) come up with new ‘Universal Laws’ all the time, that may have some truth to them, but do nothing more than making things way too difficult and complex to apply.

And besides that, there’s often one big problem when you start reading about the ‘Law of Attraction’ and the ‘Laws of the Universe’. People who speak or write about them tend to so overly symbolic, that few well-thinking people can make any practical sense of it. What they find is nothing but ‘enigmas wrapped in riddles’.

There’s a strong desire for clarity on this subject. Listen, I can come up with hundreds of ‘Universal Laws’ if I want. Here’s a couple of them…

Introducing the Universal Law of Ping Pong
It says you have to use ping pong balls if you want to play table tennis.

Introducing the Universal Law of Rain
It says that when it rains, things get wet.

Disappointing, huh? But they did sound interesting at first, right?! Do you see what’s happening here? The mere qualification of ‘Universal Law’ makes it sound interesting already, while the true deeper meaning of the ‘Universal Law’ is nothing more than a standard blindingly obvious platitude.

So let me give you another Universal Law right now, to satisfy your probably insatiable need (or so you think) for knowledge of all Universal Laws to improve your life, ‘attract your desires’, and ‘manifest your dreams’ once and for all:

Introducing the Universal Law of Bollocks
It says that it’s all bollocks.

That’s right, it’s all bollocks. Bollocks, bollocks, bollocks. There are universal principles guiding your life. If you want, you can call them ‘Universal Laws’. I’ve done so in my books and articles, because that’s what people are looking for these days. If I would apply other terminology, people would never find out about this extremely useful and straightforward knowledge, and would probably never ‘attract their desires’ or ‘manifest their dreams’.

It’s all bollocks, because before this whole game we call ‘human life’ started, we didn’t get an instruction manual on how life was supposed to be lived. The purpose of the whole thing was to find out the universal principles and realize that through applying these principles, YOU can have full control over whatever it is you want to create.

Yes, that’s right, you ‘create’, which is much more than ‘attracting’. But that’s something you’ll discover as you get more experienced in the conscious living of your life and engineering your own success by applying the universal principles of life. Yes, that’s what you can do with the knowledge of these universal principles, or ‘Universal Laws’ if you will.

I talk about Universal Laws in my books, that’s true. But again, people are looking for ‘Universal Laws’ these days, not for universal principles. Because you were looking for ‘Universal Laws’, you were able to find this article. I describe the universal principles of life along 6 main Universal Laws. The names given to these ‘Universal Laws’ are nice, and are probably what you want to hear. However, the bollocks is often in the names. It’s the content discussing the universal principles that makes this knowledge so unique.

Yes, you can do with only 6 main Universal Laws, but that’s more than enough to cover all the ‘subsidiary universal laws’ or ‘spiritual laws of the universe’ or whatever you want to call them that all those people on the Internet seem to come up with these days. These 6 main ‘Universal Laws’ just cover the universal principles of life, without falling for the trap of too many detail and complexity of too many ‘Universal Laws’. All those additional ‘Universal Laws’ or ‘subsidiary laws’ all fall under the Universal Law of Bollocks.

Too keep things simple, you don’t want to lose yourself in the detail. You want just enough straightforward knowledge for simple application of the principles, while still having a total view on the big picture that is comprehensive enough to not forget about any universal principle, or ‘Universal Law’ if you will.

If you want to make life simple for yourself, to start pulling the right strings to create the life and destiny of your dreams, then don’t waste another second on trying to find out every small, detailed, insignificant ‘Universal Law’ someone came up with today. You’ll be like a cat chasing its own tail: a never-ending story that leaves you exhausted and depressed. Just keep it simple, focus on the 6 main Universal Laws that cover all universal principles, and you’ll be off living more than your dreams before you can even consciously realize you created such an incredible experience!

Sounds good? I thought so.

Keep it straightforward and easy-to-apply. The game of life wasn’t intended to be complex and difficult. The game was supposed to be simple and easy, and most of all FUN!

And so it can be, if you don’t make it too hard on yourself.

Nicholas P. Kidd and Henk J.M. Schram are the instigators of the alleged ‘Greatest Revolution of All Time’, which deals with the true secrets of the Law of Attraction and the other Universal Laws in ways much clearer than the ‘enigmas wrapped in riddles’ that usually characterize the descriptions of the Law of Attraction and its application.

They are known for their straightforward explanations of complex issues that they manage to make understandable to people from all walks of life.

They can be reached at http://www.revolutioniz.com Also on this website, much more information can be found on the ‘Great Revolution’, the application of the Law of Attraction and the Universal Laws in general.

Massage in Bucharest

Recognize it! You’re busy! And so must be! That’s what life is like! But you want more than that, you want to do more for yourself and massage can help. Because massage makes more than a simple relaxation of the mind and body. It keeps your body in shape and gives you enough energy to make you enjoy a longer life better than you do it today.

Massage releases stress. At the moment, stress is a universal evil. Every time you are late, every time you avoid a car in traffic, every time you have trouble working, stress is doing his job. Each time adrenaline increases heart rate and cortisone levels and organs respond to the measure. You will be in a state of nerves and constant agitation.
When there is no release of stress, serious problems such as an upset stomach, hypertension, sleep disturbances, chest pain, or existing illness may worsen.

Some of the changes that may occur are: Anxiety, lack of concentration, depression, permanent fatigue, muscle or bone pain, sexual dysfunction, excessive sleep or insomnia

All these stress-related problems can be diminished and some can be totally eliminated by massage. The researchers concluded that a massage session can lower heart rate and blood pressure, relax your muscles and increase endorphin production. The massage also releases serotonin and dopamine and the result is a general relaxation, both physical and mental.
Our body care must be at the top of the priorities.
By adding the massage to your routine you will look much better and you will be much healthier and relaxed. Massage can improve your vitality and mood. Massage can prepare for a long and beautiful life.

Our masseuses personalize each massage session according to the needs of the individual.
Our massage parlors offer a variety of relaxation styles and techniques to help you. Apart from relaxing, massage can be a powerful ally in reducing pain, increasing energy levels, improving mental and physical performance

We recommend : HotAngels , VipZone , JadePalace , ThaiPassion

After a massage session, you will see how the mental prospects are enriched, the body allows easier handling, better pressure resistance, relaxation and mental alertness, calm and creative thinking.
When you have the impression or force yourself to stay straight, your body is not actually aligned properly. Not only does the posture look bad, but it forces some of the muscles to go muddy all day, while others become weaker. After a long time, the incorrect position may cause other drops. For example, internal organs press on what affects digestion, breathing ability is also diminished, which means that much less blood and oxygen reaches the brain and hence all sorts of other complications.

Massage allows you to return your body to the track. Allowing the body to make healthy and accurate movements is one of the greatest benefits of massage. Massage can relax and restore muscles injured by bad posture, allowing the body to position itself in a natural, painless position.
Apart from posture, there is also anxiety. One of the signs of anxiety and stress can also be heavy breathing. When the body begins to breathe too little and deeply instead of breathing at a natural rithm, it is impossible for one to relax. One reason may also be that the chest muscles and the abdomen get tightened and the air gets harder.

Massage plays an important role in learning the body how to relax and how to improve breathing. Respiratory problems such as allergies, sinuses, asthma or bronchitis are a group of conditions that can benefit from massage. In fact, massage can have a positive impact on respiratory function.

Many of the muscles in the front and back of the upper part of the body are breathing accessory. When these muscles are tight and shorten they can block normal breathing and interrupt effective breathing natural rithm. Massage techniques for stretching and relaxing these muscles improves breathing function and breathability. Massage leads to an opening of the chest as well as structural alignment and nerve dilatation that are required for optimal pulmonary function. A good way to treat respiratory problems with massage is the taping made in Swedish massage. When done on the back, along with vibrations, it can detach the mucus from the lungs and can clean the airways for better later function.

Massage not only relaxes muscles, but helps people become aware of daily stress levels. Once the body recognizes what really means relaxation, the mind can rest easily relax before the stress becomes cornice and harmful. This will help you enjoy a balanced life. Massage controls breathing, allows the mind to re-create relaxation before the occurrence of chronic and harmful stress and increases the level of energy.
